We’re hiring a Sales-Focused Studio Manager to drive membership growth and help lead one of the most dynamic fitness communities in Frisco.

This role is 80% sales, 20% operations: ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves connecting with people, and knows how to close.
You’ll be the face of Body Fit Training (BFT) West Frisco, leading outreach, booking trials, and converting leads into committed members.

ABOUT BODY FIT TRAINING:

Body Fit Training is the hottest new fitness franchise with advanced group training methodology. We've incorporated scientifically proven strength training techniques into a variety of 50-minute training sessions that are run by accredited coaches in a dynamic group environment. BFT is science backed personal training in a group atmosphere. Our cutting-edge, globally superior technology combined with our elite periodized programming that incorporates heart rate specific training make us both different and better. With over 300 locations globally since 2018, we’re a brand on the move.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales & Membership Growth (80%)

Make daily calls, texts, DMs, and in-person connections to sell memberships
Follow up with trials, old leads, and past guests
Host tours and support front desk operations
Lead local outreach (events, B2B partnerships, community campaigns)
Track KPIs and hit monthly sales targets

Studio Operations (20%)

Support the GM with day-to-day studio operations
Help train front desk staff on service and systems
Step in as needed during tours, classes, or busy time

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of sales experience (fitness/membership-based preferred but not required)
Confident, friendly, and coachable personality
Passion for fitness and helping people get results
Self-starter mindset with a love for hitting goals
Comfortable talking to strangers and handling objections
